A comprehensive B2B operations management platform built for trade fair catering companies operating across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and neighboring countries. The system replaces paper-based workflows and WhatsApp coordination with a unified, auditable, multi-language platform. Architected as 11 independently deployable subdomain applications — finance, operations, inventory, CRM, HR, quoting, quality assurance, and administration — each backed by isolated business domain packages with strict no-cross-import rules. Multi-tenancy is enforced at the database level through Supabase RLS with tenant isolation on every table. The platform is fully GDPR-compliant with EU data residency in Frankfurt, field-level encryption via XChaCha20-Poly1305, and an immutable append-only audit log. Supports five languages including RTL layout for Farsi.
